Late June saw the team at Blackrose Pubs invite a number of key partners and guests to play in their annual Golf Day, held at the picturesque Northumberland Golf Club.

Members from across the industry took part in a day-long round of golf in aid of Hospitality Action, with the tough former Open course proving a challenge for all participants.

MD Daren Knipe said: “Days like these are important for the involvement of Blackrose within the industry, to help us show our support to a prominent charity close to what we do.

Everyone has been looking forward to the day and I’m no different, although my handicap would probably tell a different story”.

Guests to the day finished their round with a presentation at the nearby Millstone Hotel, where winners Zonal were presented with their fist prize golf bags courtesy of Guinness and Diageo.
